In using the Services, you may use third-party services, products, software, embeds, or applications developed by a third party (“Third-Party Services”).

Accounts

Where use of any part of our Services requires an account, you agree to provide us with complete and accurate information when you register for an account.

Refund Policy for Website Development and SEO Packages

We strive to deliver high-quality website development and SEO services that meet your expectations. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. This refund policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be issued.

Eligibility for Refunds

Website Development Services:

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the initial payment.
Refunds are not applicable for work that has already been completed and approved by the client.
If the project is canceled by the client before the commencement of work, a full refund will be issued minus any applicable administrative fees.
If the project is canceled during development, a partial refund may be issued based on the work completed up to the cancellation date.

SEO Services:

Due to the nature of SEO services, which involve ongoing work and strategies, refunds are generally not available after services have commenced.
If the client cancels services within 5 days of the agreement and no work has been performed, a full refund may be issued.
Refunds will not be issued for deliverables that have already been provided or for months of service that have been completed.

Non-Refundable Charges

The following fees are non-refundable under all circumstances:

Domain registration fees
Third-party software or tools purchased on behalf of the client
Administrative or setup fees, if applicable

Refund Request Process

To request a refund, the client must:

Submit a written request to founders@primecodesdigital.com with the subject line “Refund Request – [Client Name].”
Include the reason for the refund request and any supporting documentation or evidence.
Allow 3 business days for the refund request to be reviewed and processed.

Refund Approval

Refunds will be issued to the client’s bank account.

Disputes and Chargebacks

If a client initiates a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with us, we reserve the right to dispute the chargeback and take appropriate action.

Amendments to the Policy

We reserve the right to update or amend this refund policy at any time. Updates will be communicated to clients via email or our official website.

Links To Other Websites

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by PrimeCodes Digital .

PrimeCodes Digital assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. PrimeCodes Digital shall also not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.

Termination

If you wish to terminate the Agreement or your PrimeCodes Digital account, you may simply discontinue using our Services.

All provisions of the Agreement which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Disclaimer

Our Services are provided “AS IS.” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. PrimeCodes Digital and its suppliers and licensors hereby disclaim all warranties of any kind, express or implied, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Neither PrimeCodes Digital , nor its suppliers and licensors, makes any warranty that our Services will be error-free or that access thereto will be continuous or uninterrupted.

You understand that you download from, or otherwise obtain content or services through, our Services at your own discretion and risk.

Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

Except to the extent any applicable law provides otherwise, the Agreement and any access to or use of our Services will be governed by the laws of New York.

The proper venue for any disputes arising out of or relating to the Agreement and any access to or use of our Services will be the state and federal courts located in New York.

Changes

PrimeCodes Digital reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.

If we make changes that are material, we will let you know by posting on our website, or by sending you an email or other communication before the changes take effect. The notice will designate a reasonable period of time after which the new terms will take effect.

We will try to provide at least
